Operatives of the Edo State Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC have arrested seven suspected internet fraudsters in Benin City.
A statement signed by the EFCC Spokesman, Mr Dele Oyewale
The suspects were arrested based on credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet- related fraud.
Items recovered from them include one Lexus car, laptops and phones.
It indicates that the suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
