Unspecified number of Bandits suspected to be Lakurawa have invaded Alhaji Lawal Black Farm and nearby Fulani settlements at Natsini village, in Argungu local government area of Kebbi state killing two policemen and rustled unspecified number of cows.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Kebbi State Police Command Public Realations Officer, SP Nafiu Abubakar in Kebbi.
According to the statement, a team of Police Safer Highway patrol engaged the bandits in a gun duel, forcing the bandits to escaped into the forest with gunshot wounds and successfully recovered some of the rustled cows.
According to the statement, the Commissioner of Police, Bello Mohammed Sani, condemned the unfortunate incident, prayed for the soul of the deceased Police Officers to have an eternal rest and grant their families and friends the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
