Nigeria has opened her doors to German companies willing to work towards the enhancement of power and energy needs.
In a joint news conference with the German President, Frank-Walter Steinmeire, President Tinubu urged German companies to take advantage of Nigeria’s policy on ease of doing business to enhance the relations between the two countries.
He expressed concern over the rate of collapse of Nigeria’s national power grid, stressing that the trend could hamper the growth of the economy.
President Tinubu said he and his guest discussed ways of further strengthening relations between their countries.
The German President gave assurances that his countries would continue to explore more areas of collaboration with Nigeria.
