Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of 2024 Christmas celebration.
In a message by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr Christian Aburime, says this special season reminds of God’s boundless love and the enduring spirit of hope that the birth of Jesus Christ brings to humanity.
According to the statement, the Governor also urges the residents of the state and all Nigerians to demonstrate selfless love to one another and keep hope alive in the face of challenges this season.
The statement wishes the various families who lost their loved ones in the sad recent stampede in Okija, Abuja and Ibadan the strength to bear the loss.
It adds that the Governor assures Anambra residents returning home this season of adequate security as the administration has put in place comprehensive security measures to ensure they celebrate peacefully with their loved ones.
