Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state has pledged to respect and uphold the mandate given to him and his deputy
Governor Aiyedatiwa stated this during the thanksgiving service for his swearing-in, in Akure.
He said his administration would be transparent accountable and be people-centered for good governance.
The governor outlined key sectors he would address to include education, agriculture, healthcare, infrastructural development, culture, and technological innovation.

On security and community development, Governor Aiyedatiwa emphasized on collaboration with security agencies, traditional rulers and appealed to traditional leaders to foster unity and peace within their domains.
In a sermon, Pastor Elijah Olubade urged the congregation to put on humility and commitment to good works.
