The ongoing electronic registration and revalidation exercise of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has received a boost in Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State.
A former Chief of Staff to the Imo State Government and governorship candidate, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, revalidated his membership at Eziama Obaire Ward, describing the exercise as a key step toward strengthening party administration and internal democracy.

Speaking to party members and residents, Nwosu said the e-registration initiative is designed to update the party’s membership database, enhance transparency and ensure effective grassroots participation.
He encouraged eligible citizens to register and remain actively involved in political processes at all levels.

He also dismissed speculations of a possible defection to another political platform, reaffirming his continued membership of the APC and support for its programmes.

The exercise was witnessed by ward executives, community leaders and other stakeholders, reflecting renewed mobilisation efforts as political activities gradually gather momentum in the state.
