An Islamic Cleric in Nassarawa State, Mallam Haruna Ibrahim Nakudu wants Muslims to redouble their act of spiritual worship in this month of Ramadan to gain more rewards from almighty Allah.
Mallam Nakudu made the call in a sermon during the first Juma’at prayer in this month of Ramadan.
He noted that for the nation to overcome its security and socioeconomic challenges, Nigerians need to repent from their sins and be prayerful to God.
The Islamic cleric also stressed the need for wealthy individuals to assist the needy in the spirit of Ramadan to improve their wellbeing.
