Nigerian afrobeat singers Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, and Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy have been spending quality time together since the 2023 Christmas festivities.
Recently, the duo was spotted in a lively setting, surrounded by their teams, seated around a dining table filled with an array of food and drinks.
Burna Boy, sitting next to Wizkid, appeared relaxed as he smoked while the atmosphere buzzed with chatter.
Meanwhile, Wizkid was engaged in conversation with a young man as the camera captured the moment.
Earlier, their fans and music enthusiasts speculated about the nature of their meeting after the two were seen together in an intimate setting.
The gathering had an air of formality rather than casual camaraderie, sparking curiosity online.
Notably, Wizkid and Burna Boy have been seen together more frequently following Wizkid’s social media fallout with fellow artist Davido.
At bank mogul Tony Elumelu’s exclusive annual All White End-of-the-Year party, Afrobeats sensations Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy delivered captivating performances.
In a heartwarming moment, Wizkid, after concluding his set, affectionately referred to Davido as his brother.
This gesture came amid lingering tensions between the two artists, which resurfaced in September 2024.
