Victor Osimhen has been left out of Galatasaray S.K.’s squad for their Turkish Cup clash against Alanyaspor at the Alanya Oba Stadium.
The club, in an official statement, said the decision was part of a planned “active rest” programme for the Nigerian forward and some other key players, as part of squad rotation and fitness management.
Osimhen recently scored against the same opposition in a league fixture and is expected to return for Galatasaray’s upcoming league encounter with Beşiktaş J.K. this weekend.
