The National Chairman of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Alhaji Shehu Gabam has called on President Tinubu to curb the insecurity bedeviling the nation.
Alhaji Gabam made the call at the wedding ceremony of the children of the leader of the North West, Hauwa Aliyu Ahmed in Kano state
Gabam who was represented by the National Vice chairman North Central of the party Abubakar Dogara, stressed the need for the Federal government to act quickly to stop the killings in parts of the country.
He lamented that the country’s security architecture is getting demobilised by murderous non-state actors.
According to him, the party regretted the gory sights of the death of hapless citizens which have become the order of the day.
The ceremony attracted dignitaries from all works of life which includes the National Vice chairman North Central of the party, Abubakar Dogara, accompanied by the Chairman of Chairmen of the Party, SDP, Olaniyi Femi Ferrari and the National Welfare Secretary of the party, Amb. Judith Shuibu,
Others are the FCT and Kano state Chairmen Nuradeen Bissallah and Ali Shatima.
