The Court of Appeal has reaffirms Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party.
This is contained in a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the party Obiora Ifoh in Abuja.
According to the statement the Court of Appeal presided by Justice Hamma Akawu Barka says it relied on its earlier judgement delivered on the 13th of November, 2024
The Court therefore directed parties to the appeals and the general public to respect the judgement of the Court of Appeal delivered on the 13th of November, 2024 which affirmed Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party.
