The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, has paid the Governor of Jigawa Stat, Mallam Umar Namadi a condolence visit over the demise of his mother, Hajiya Maryam Namadi and son, Abdulwahab Umar Namadi.
The National President and Chairman of the Institute, Dr. Ike Neliaku, led a delegation to government house Dutse to express their condolences.
Dr. Neliaku conveyed heartfelt sympathies on behalf of the NIPR and its members nationwide, acknowledging the monumental loss experienced by the Governor and his family.
He emphasized their support in this moment of grief and offered prayers for the repose of the departed souls.
In his response, the Governor of Jigawa state, Umar Namadi expressed gratitude to Dr. Neliaku and the NIPR leadership for their show of concern and solidarity.
According to him, he will remain eternally grateful to such acts of compassion by the institute’s leadership.
