Brighton & Hove Albion are in advanced talks to sign highly-rated youngster Zadok Yohanna from Swedish club AIK, Prompt News Online reports.
AIK are reportedly demanding a fee in the region of €20 million for the talented winger, who has also attracted interest from several Premier League clubs as well as teams in Germany and Spain.
However, Brighton are currently leading the race for Yohanna’s signature, with Sky Sports reporting that a deal could be finalised this week.
The Seagulls have built a strong reputation for identifying and developing young talent, making them an attractive destination for emerging players.
Yohanna has enjoyed an impressive start to the season, scoring two goals and providing three assists in seven appearances for AIK.
Wolfsburg’s Patrick Wimmer is among the other winger options Brighton are interested in but he appears to be close to joining Hoffenheim.
